Little League World Series Usher

Date of Employment are August 19, 2026 - August 30, 2026

Do you possess an outgoing, friendly, and inclusive personality and enjoy working with the public? Do you have the capacity and stamina to stand for long periods of time while giving a great guest experience?

The World Series event held in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, from August 19, 2026, until August 30, 2026, is looking to hire Ushers. This position offers $12 per hour, with shifts available on both weekdays and weekends. This position is subject to contingent required background checks.

Shift Times:

  • Each Usher will work two games per shift, either in Volunteer Stadium or Lamade Stadium
  • Volunteer Stadium: Shift generally begins at 11:00AM and ends after the 5:00PM game
  • Lamade Stadium: Shift generally begins at 1:00PM and ends after the 7:00PM game

Usher duties include (but not limited to): Ushers provide excellent customer service and a great guest experience! Ushers are assigned a designated area during their shift. Ushers greet guests, help them find seating, and answer any guest questions. Ushers must prioritize safety and be ready to enforce stadium rules and policies.

Preferred candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age with a valid work permit, or 18 years of age and older
  • Must reside within commuting distance of South Williamsport, PA, and have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods in various weather conditions, including heat and rain
  • Should bring a positive attitude and strong customer service skills when interacting with guests from around the world
  • Expected to work well as part of a team and contribute to a supportive work environment
  • Required to arrive on time consistently for all scheduled shifts
  • Needs to stay calm and respond effectively during emergency situations
  • Encouraged to assist guests by providing directions and answering questions about the stadium and event
  • Must handle difficult guest interactions with patience, professionalism, and respect
