Position Title: Bartender/Server
Position Summary: The Bartender is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests.
In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.
We encourage our team members to have more fun when they work at Wild Rose. As we say working here shouldn't be this much fun!
Essential Functions: The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are:
  • Fully knowledgeable of drink recipes
  • Knowledge of laws of liquor service and use the approach policy to guide the sale of alcohol to guests
  • Keep workstation clean at all times
  • Perform side work duties and restock as needed Inventory bar supplies
  • Stocking beer, wine, and liquor
  • Other duties as assigned

Schedule: The schedule for this position is classified as part-time.
Salary: $6.25 / per hour plus tips and attendance incentive
This position is paid hourly and will earn additional compensation from tips.
