Job description

Weโ€™re looking for a driven, coachable, and process-oriented In-Home Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners, diagnose their needs, educate them on our premium home exterior solutions, and guide them through a clear, transparent, consultative sales experience.


This is not a high-pressure sales environment. We price fairly, donโ€™t pressure homeowners into decisions, and donโ€™t chase unqualified opportunities. We earn trust through professionalism, credibility, education, and a best-in-class homeowner experience.


Youโ€™ll meet with homeowners on company-provided, pre-set appointments, execute a consultative sales process, and work within a development-focused team culture built on discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.

$130,000 - $150,000 yearly


Responsibilities:

WHAT YOUโ€™LL DO

  • Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners (no cold calling)
  • Follow a structured, consultative sales process
  • Diagnose homeowner needs through thoughtful discovery
  • Capture measurements in Hover and complete thorough photo documentation
  • Utilize visualization tools to help homeowners envision their new exterior
  • Present premium exterior solutions from best-in-class manufacturing partners
  • Close deals through education and alignmentโ€”not pressure or manipulation
  • Maintain clean, timely, and accurate CRM records

Qualifications:

MUST-HAVES

  • Coachability โ€” open to feedback, eager to learn, committed to improvement
  • Professional presence with strong communication skills
  • Ability to consistently execute a structured, consultative sales process
  • Resilient, fail-forward mindset โ€” able to handle rejection and learn from outcomes
  • Emotional discipline and personal accountability
  • Comfort with technology (CRM, mobile apps, digital design tools)
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and ability to pass a background check
