    What The Position is About:

    • Oversee all marketing and lead generation strategies for the company
    • Lead, coach, and manage the Marketing Manager, Call Center Manager, and Events team to achieve lead generation and conversion goals
    • Develop and implement new marketing strategies to continue steady growth
    • Manage marketing vendors and third-party relationships
    • Maintain marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
    • Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment on overall company goals
    • Develop and deliver reports on KPIs
    • Track and review campaigns for improvement opportunities
    • Maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market

     

    The Right Candidate Will Have:

    • Marketing leadership experience overseeing traditional, call center, and non-traditional marketing channels within the home improvement industry
    • Experience with LeadPerfection CRM
    • Experience scaling a home improvement company
    • Bath and outdoor living product experience is preferred
