Job Summary
We are seeking an Apprentice Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will learn the craft of being a residential remodeling carpenter. Must be a positive minded self-motivated person that wants to have a great paying and rewarding career. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean work environment by picking up debris, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products when necessary
  • Provide assistance to fellow onsite employees such as tile setters, painters, and carpenters.
  • Operate power tools and work safely.
  • Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffolding, ladders, ect.
  • Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor
  • Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair
Qualifications
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
  • Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Must be on time and ready to work at the start of your day.
