As a VIP Group Coordinator for Amex GBT, you'll handle group travel for some of our most exclusive and rewarding VIP clients, including business executives of the BlackRock investment management firm.

We are offering a great shift: Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:30am - 6pm ET.

What You'll Do on a Typical Day

  • Manage group events Globally for BlackRock.
  • Build Sabre Profiles in GDS online and offline PCC for group events.
  • Provide training to Travel Counselors working on group bookings.
  • Provide in-depth air analysis for BlackRock's event team.
  • Manage daily group reporting and distribution to client contacts.
  • Work with reporting specialist to establish attendee reporting requirements and timelines.
  • Manage BlackRock's Campus and Lateral recruit program.
  • Help manage BlackRock's flight accumulation policy.
  • Helps maintain Amex GBT SharePoint site updated with relevant group/meetings.
  • Works globally with Amex GBT dedicated BlackRock agents on processes/parameters for meetings and groups.
  • Work on special projects assigned by Global Account Manager and Operations Manager from American Express GBT.
  • Requirement - excellent knowledge of Excel and Sabre.
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated and highly organized,
