A Ticket Seller at DPAC is the first point of contact for our customers.You'll provide accurate event information, assist with ticket purchases and exchanges, and guide customers through our website and mobile ticketing applications.

What you'll do:
  • Customer Service: We are here to help.With a positive attitude, you will answer customer questions and assist with ticket sales.
  • Eye for Detail: You will manage all transactions with the upmost accuracy.You will verify that the events you are selling and exchanging are in line with the customer's request.
  • Guidance: You will lead customers through using the DPAC App, downloading tickets to their digital wallets, and using their phone as their ticket.
  • Season Tickets: Assist season ticket holders with exchanges, purchases, and ticket delivery.
  • Sales Management: Process incoming ticket sales via phone and in person.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash and credit card transactions responsibly and accurately.

What you'll bring:
  • Computer Skills: While not mandatory, familiarity with ticketing systems and mobile phones is a plus.
  • Communication: Willingness to listen and speak positively to coworkers and customers.Must be able to share information with customers to ensure a smooth transaction and that all questions are answered.

Requirements
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time.
  • Comfort with frequent standing or prolonged sitting.
  • Must be able to clearly communicate with customers.

  • Reliable transportation to Durham, NC.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legally able to work in the United States.
