Job description

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for the Ticket Taker position at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. The Ticket Taker is responsible for ticket processing for shows or events by performing the duties listed below.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for scanning tickets or manually taking tickets, ensuring all guests have a proper ticket/credential.
  • Check tickets for guests attempting to access the event.
  • Provide guests with friendly and accurate directions.
  • Respond efficiently and courteously to guest complaints, questions, comments, information requests, and requests for service/assistance.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and positive attitude when interacting with guests, vendors, and employees.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
