Job description

The Ticket Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting all ticketing operations functions for Louisville City FC, Racing Louisville FC, and ticketed events at Lynn Family Stadium. This position assists with ticket inventory management, box office operations, reporting, payment plans, system administration, and customer service initiatives while ensuring the efficient execution of ticket sales and service operations.
This is a full-time position, working some evenings, weekends, and potentially holidays during Louisville City FC & Racing Louisville FC home matches and stadium events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Ticket Operations
  • Creates and maintains ticket inventory within the Club's ticketing system, SeatGeek.
  • Assists with SeatGeek system configuration, event builds, pricing updates, account maintenance, and ticket product setup.
  • Coordinates single-game, group, premium, and season ticket plan inventories.
  • Builds and maintains offer codes and group promotions.
  • Creates and executes the availability of payment plans and processing of monthly payments.
  • Ensures accuracy and integrity of ticketing data, inventory controls, and financial reconciliation processes.
  • Assists with ticket sales reconciliation, audit requests, and financial reporting related to ticket operations.

Reporting & Customer Support
  • Maintains and updates recurring sales and operational reports.
  • Compiles league-required reporting and assists with ticketing analysis and performance tracking.
  • Supports reporting and data analysis initiatives by maintaining ticketing data integrity and assisting with information requests.
  • Develops customer and prospect lists for marketing campaigns based on segmented criteria.
  • Assists with the resolution of ticketing and account-related customer service issues.
  • Serves as a point of contact for internal ticket-related questions.
  • Contributes to the successful creation and launch of ticket and marketing campaigns requiring SeatGeek implementations and inventory management/distribution.
  • Supports integrations between SeatGeek and other business systems, including CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Other duties and project as assigned.

Box Office Operations
  • Assists the Ticket Operations Manager with game-day box office operations for Louisville City FC, Racing Louisville FC, and third-party ticketed events at Lynn Family Stadium.
  • Supports the training, scheduling, and oversight of seasonal box office associates in partnership with the Ticket Operations Manager.
  • Provides on-site operational support during matches and events to ensure efficient box office and ticketing operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience working with SeatGeek (Unify) software and CRM systems required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience working in ticket operations, sales, or related field.
  • Ability to fulfill the schedule requirements of the position, including working nights & weekends during home games and special events.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects and requests.
  • Strong computer skills, ideally with experience using Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
  • Experience working with statistical and analytical data preferred.
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Employment with the Club is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment background check, where applicable and in accordance with applicable laws.
