This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who loves solving operational problems, thrives in deadline-driven environments, and wants to develop strong product management skills while owning mission-critical marketing workflows.
As an Associate Product Manager, you'll operate at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Engineering, Data, and Operations. You'll own the day-to-day planning and execution of marquee event campaigns while driving broader CRM operational improvements that enable more efficient, scalable campaign execution. Success in this role means balancing speed with quality, helping the team execute flawlessly today while building the automation that enables us to move even faster tomorrow
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) - New York, NY
What You'll Do:
  • Own the operational workflow for high-priority email and push campaigns, coordinating campaign intake, prioritization, execution, QA, approvals, and launch
  • Identify and evaluate marquee event opportunities based on customer relevance, business impact, timing, inventory, and operational feasibility
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Engineering, Product, Data, Analytics, Design, and Partnerships to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
  • Manage competing priorities across a fast-moving campaign pipeline where high-value opportunities often emerge with little notice
  • Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end campaign lifecycle and identify recurring operational bottlenecks that limit speed or scale
  • Translate operational pain points into clear product requirements, user stories, process flows, and success metrics for internal tools and workflow improvements
  • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to improve campaign tooling, automation, data flows, and AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual effort and improve execution quality
  • Build scalable operating processes, prioritization frameworks, documentation, and reporting that improve team efficiency and visibility
  • Use data to evaluate campaign performance, measure operational improvements, and prioritize future investments
  • Drive experimentation around new campaign strategies, operational workflows, and automation capabilities to continuously improve execution

What You've Done:
  • 2-5+ years of experience in product management, marketing operations, program management, consulting, or another highly cross-functional operational role
  • Demonstrated ability to own complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Strong operational instincts with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to execute under tight deadlines
  • Experience working with marketing campaigns, CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or customer engagement platforms
  • Ability to think like a product manager by identifying process gaps, defining requirements, and partnering with Engineering to build scalable solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to prioritize work, measure outcomes, and inform decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clarity in ambiguous environments
  • Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams and influencing without direct authority
  • Passion for building systems that scale and continuously improve over time
  • Interest in live entertainment, marketplaces, or other fast-moving consumer businesses

Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with SQL, dashboards, or semantic analytics tools
  • Experience building internal tools, workflow automation, intake systems, prioritization frameworks, or QA processes
  • Exposure to APIs, event-driven systems, recommendation engines, or AI-enabled workflow automation
  • Experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, ticketing, travel, gaming, or live entertainment

What We Offer:
  • Accelerated Growth Environment: An environment designed for swift skill and knowledge enhancement, where you have the autonomy to lead experiments and tests on a massive scale.
  • Top Tier Compensation Package: Competitive base, equity, and upside that tracks with your impact.
  • Flexible Time Off: Enjoy unlimited Flex Time Off, giving you the flexibility to manage your schedule and take time to recharge as needed.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Prioritize your well-being with a comprehensive benefits package, featuring 401k, and premium Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance options.
