Job description

Job Title: Full-Time Door-to-Door Appointment Setter — Career Track (Setter → Closer → Office Owner)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,500 – $3,500+ per week (uncapped commission) + fast-track cash draws
Location: Denver Metro (in-person). Crews meet and launch from our Denver North or Denver South locations.

Read this before you apply. Cerberus Home is scaling fast — multiple trades, multiple states, multiple locations — and we're hiring the people who will run that expansion. This is a full-time role for someone who wants to build a career here, not a flexible side gig to fit around another job. If you're looking to dabble, keep scrolling. If you want to go all-in, get paid like it, and earn your own office — read on.

The path is the whole point. Door-to-Door Warrior → Team Leader → Closer → Office Manager. We promote from the van. Every leader we have started by knocking. Get in early, produce, and grow with the company.

What you'll do. Spend five minutes at the door and set a qualified estimate for premium home remodeling — windows, doors, siding, paint, gutters, baths, and floors. Our senior closers take it from there, and you earn a major cut of every job you set. No experience required — we provide the best tech and training in the industry.

You roll out with your crew in a wrapped Cerberus van. You're not knocking alone. The team meets at our Denver North or Denver South location, loads up, and deploys together — more reach, more energy, more presence on the street.

The schedule. Full-time and built around when homeowners are actually home, so your field hours stay concentrated in prime time instead of a 60-hour grind:

  • Monday–Thursday: afternoons into the evening (the prime 4–8 PM window)
  • Saturday: late morning into the afternoon — our single best day
  • Fridays and Sundays off to recover and reset
This is your full-time focus — daily training, working your pipeline, and confirming appointments are all part of the week. It's not a second job.

The pay. Uncapped, progressive commission on the total dollar value of every job you set. Set just 5 qualified appointments a week and you're on pace for $10,000+ a month. We offer upfront cash draws so money hits your pocket immediately while your high-ticket commissions process.

What you need to succeed:

  • A full-time, all-in commitment and a hunger to grow into leadership
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
  • Physically able to walk neighborhoods and stay on your feet
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willing to interview in person at our Denver office

How to apply. We're building leaders, not just filling seats. Apply through this job board, OR fast-track your interview and reach out!
