The Opportunity vs. The "Solar/Roofing" GrindYou arent trying to close $50,000 deals on a doorstep. You aren't battling 50 other roofing canvassers.

  • The Pitch:You are offering aFREEAttic and Home Performance Inspection. Thats it.
  • The Job:You knock the door, build value, and set the appointment. Our senior closers go in and finish the job.
  • The Path:You start on the doors. If you are good, you move to In-Home Sales (closing deals provided by marketing/canvassers) in 612 months.


The Logistics (The Deal Breakers)

  • Pay:W2 Commission Only.
  • Earnings:Average is $75k. Top performers earn $125k+.
  • Schedule:Mon-Thurs (1:00 PM 8:00 PM) & Sat (9:00 AM 3:00 PM). Fridays are off (or for the ambitious).
  • Location:You must have a reliable vehicle and a smartphone.
  • Physicality:You will be walking and standing for 56 hours a day. Rain or shine.
