Front Desk Coordinator Part Time

Location: 1418 Yuma Palms Pkwy Suite H3, Yuma, AZ 85365

Schedule: Monday, Thursday, Friday 8:30am 6pm (schedule subject to change based on business needs)

As the largest operator, manager, and franchisor of chiropractic clinics in the U.S., The Joint delivers more than 12 million patient visits annually across nearly 1,000 locations.

Position Summary

We are seeking a goal-oriented, proactive, and service-minded Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This customer-facing role plays a key part in patient experience, front office operations, and clinic growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression
  • Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner
  • Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately
  • Support the clinic's sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members
  • Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
  • Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software
  • Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment
  • Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred
  • Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills
  • Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment
  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
  • Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Office management or marketing experience is a plus

Schedule: Monday, Thursday, Friday 8:30am 6pm (Candidate must have flexible schedule as the schedule is subject to change based on business needs)

Compensation and Benefits
