Based in Bloomfield, Connecticut and Miramar, Florida, we're at the frontier, servicing diverse clients from OEMs to government sectors with unmatched dedication.

Your Role

What it Entails: As a Precision Aviation Component Technician, you will weave your technical prowess into essential aviation repairs. Charged with the responsibility of fabricating and modifying aviation accessories, you'll master the art of machinery to bring concepts to life. You'll adhere to FAA-approved guidelines while balancing precision tasks and teamwork with our dedicated Quality Assurance and Engineering units.

Your Purpose Includes:
  • Expertly programming and setting up CNC machines, ensuring every detail adheres to technical specifications.
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings with astute comprehension, turning theory into practice.
  • Carefully documenting all maintenance in line with FAA protocols and company standards.
  • Ensuring each component meets our stringent quality criteria before they take to the skies again.
  • Collaborating to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless operations.
What You Bring:
  • Substantial machinist experience across seven years or equivalent educational credentials.
  • Deep familiarity with aircraft components and necessary machining processes.
  • Readiness to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A sharp eye for detail, organizational aptitude, and effective management of time.
