Job description

Job Title: Aviation Technician in Salina, KS*Open to Entry-Level Mechanics*

Job Description

The Aviation Technician will perform C checks on CRJ 200 & 700's and some ERJ 190's, including assembling and disassembling parts on aircraft.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct C checks on CRJ 200 & 700's and ERJ 190's.
  • Assemble and disassemble aircraft parts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

Essential Skills

  • Possession of an A&P License.
  • Minimum of 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience or equivalent combination of aerospace and aircraft experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Must be able to bring own tools.
  • Ability to work any shift (1st, 2nd, and 3rd).
  • Previous experience with CRJ, ERJ, or 737 is advantageous.
  • Previous commercial airline experience is a plus.

Work Environment

Work in a medium-sized, fairly new hangar facility that is rapidly expanding. Expect to work 40-50 hours per week with opportunities for overtime. The facility is accommodating to multiple shifts and provides a supportive work atmosphere.

This is a Contract position based out of Salina, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $34.00/hr.
