We're looking for a high-agency, hands-on marketing leader to own and scale a new market opportunity where we already have strong product-market fit, a clear ICP, and early traction.

This is not a specialist role-and it's not a pure strategy role.

This is for someone who wants to own outcomes, work closely with Sales, and operate across the full marketing stack to turn early success into repeatable, scalable growth.

You'll act as the marketing partner to a focused sales motion-driving awareness, pipeline, and ultimately revenue for a new segment-while also leading additional high-impact growth programs across the business.
This is a hybrid role located in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities
Build & Scale GTM for a New Strategic Market (Primary Focus)

You will be the primary marketing owner for a new ICP / market / line of business.
  • Own awareness and pipeline generation for this segment, in close partnership with Sales
  • Work side-by-side with AEs and business development to generate pipeline, support deals, and accelerate revenue
  • Participate in pipeline reviews and deal strategy where helpful-bringing a marketing perspective to how opportunities are created and won
  • Develop and evolve the go-to-market approach-what we say, who we target, and how we reach them
  • Identify what's working, double down, and scale it into repeatable programs
Build the playbook as you go
This is a true ownership role. When this market grows, it's because of your work.
Cross-Functional Growth Programs

In addition to owning the new market, you'll take on a portfolio of high-priority initiatives across the broader business.
These may include:
  • New product or feature launches
  • Strategic campaigns
  • Emerging opportunities (especially in a fast-evolving AI landscape)
Your portfolio and priorities will evolve with the needs of the business, but expect to have ownership and make an impact.
Requirements
  • Experience owning and driving marketing programs tied to pipeline and revenue
  • Strong capabilities in campaign strategy and execution-you can design and run programs end-to-end, and you can operate across multiple channels (paid, content, lifecycle, events, etc)
  • Ability to develop messaging, positioning, and enablement in close partnership with Sales
  • Enthusiasm for working directly in tools (CRM, automation, campaign platforms), and demonstrated ability to use AI and modern tools to move faster and increase output
  • High degree of ownership, initiative, and bias toward action, and ability to navigate ambiguity and evolving priorities
Why Evident?
Our team solves a crucial problem with huge business potential together, and we are able to see exactly how our contribution affects customers!
Competitive pay package, including base pay and stock options
Full medical, dental, vision benefits and 401K
Unlimited PTO
Paid parental leave to support you and your family
Home internet stipend, virtual events, & more!
