Position Summary:

The primary function of the Director of Respiratory is to plan, organize, develop and direct the day-to-day functions of the Respiratory Department in a SNF setting in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the facility. The Director of Respiratory will work alongside the DON, ADON, Administrator and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times.


Education/Qualifications:

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist within the state in which you work.

  • Must possess, as a minimum, an Associateโ€™s Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.

  • Must maintain a current BLS. Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including the electronic health record.

Shift and Wage:

  • Full-Time Opportunity Available

  • Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
