About WFFA

WFFA Advisors is a full-service tax and accounting firm serving high net worth individuals, closely held businesses, real estate sponsors and operators, trusts, estates, and private foundations. WFFA is a member firm of Windsor Path, a family office-backed platform partnering with established accounting and advisory firms across the country.

The Opportunity

This is a newly created Partner seat at WFFA with a clear runway to take on a meaningful book of business, lead client engagements end to end, and grow into expanded responsibility within the firm over time.

The role is positioned for a partner level professional who wants to be a true relationship owner, work directly with clients, and play a real part in shaping the next chapter of the firm.

What You Will Own
  • Full day to day responsibility for client service on assigned engagements, including scoping, technical review, deliverables, billing, and client communication
  • Direct relationship ownership across a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, real estate clients, trusts, estates, and private foundations
  • Identification and execution of cross-sell and advisory expansion opportunities within the portfolio
  • Leadership of the engagement teams supporting your work, including review, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Participation in staff reviews and team development
  • Optional business development activity, which is the primary lever toward equity partnership
Expectations
  • Annual billable hour target in line with firm standards for partners not actively engaged in business development
  • In office presence expected with greater frequency during the initial onboarding period, easing into a more flexible cadence over time
  • Occasional local client travel; no out-of-town travel expected
  • Active participation in the partner group and willingness to grow into broader firm leadership over time
What We Are Looking For
  • CPA license required
  • 10 or more years of progressive experience in public accounting
  • Deep technical experience with closely held business taxation and real estate
  • Comfortable as a true generalist, with strong fundamentals across tax compliance, accounting, and client advisory
  • A handsโ€‘on operator who is comfortable being in the work, not just over it
  • Track record of building and holding client trust as a primary relationship owner
  • Interest in growing a book through cross-sell and, for those pursuing equity, new business development
  • Alignment with a firm culture that values direct client relationships, responsiveness, and partner-level ownership
Compensation

Competitive base salary, discretionary annual bonus tied to firm and individual performance, and benefits plan. Specific compensation details will be discussed directly with qualified candidates.
