Overview

The Manager, National Sales will manage the day-to-day execution, activity, coaching, and accountability of the National Sales Team. Ensure National Sales Executives are consistently executing against assigned venue priorities and collectively achieving and exceeding revenue goals and key performance metrics.

This role pays an annual salary of $91,300 - $118,600 and is commission eligible.

This position will remain open until November 20, 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day execution, coaching, and accountability of the National Sales team. 
  • Lead regular one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, activity reviews, and coaching sessions with National Sales Executives. 
  • Monitor outbound activity, lead follow-up, CRM hygiene, Outreach usage, meeting creation, proposal activity, and deal progression. 
  • Help assign sales focus across venues, campaigns, and products based on priorities from Sales Performance leadership. 
  • Ensure National Sales Executives are following standard playbooks, sequences, and follow-up expectations and are the model in the company for premium sales. 
  • Develop National Sales Executives into future Directors to support OVG growth. 
  • Ensure the National Sales team utilizes the sales enablement systems provided to support results. 
  • Contribute to revenue goals by personally selling and driving new business to assigned venues. 
  • Partner with Manager, Systems Success in resolving CRM, Outreach, and data issues affecting the team. 
  • Contribute to sales planning and execution for venues and projects for the national premium office. 
  • Provide routine sales process and strategy training for National Sales Executives. 
  • Provide regular updates to Director of National Sales on performance, blockers, and coaching needs. 
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in premium seating, sports, entertainment, hospitality, venue, or business-to-business (B2B) sales. 
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Master's preferred. 
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas, revenue goals, and key performance metrics while guiding and holding others accountable to the same expectations.
  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms (such as Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales technology tools to manage pipelines, maintain accurate records, and produce performance reports. 
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. 
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, executives, and internal stakeholders.
