The National is seeking a Seasonal Bellman to join our Guest Services team during the most festive time of year. As a Bellman, you'll be the first and last impression our guests experience - providing a warm welcome, assisting with luggage, delivering amenities, and ensuring every stay begins and ends with exceptional care.
What You'll Do
  • Greet guests with a friendly smile and genuine hospitality upon arrival and departure
  • Assist with luggage handling, storage, and room deliveries
  • Deliver in-room amenities and other guest requests promptly and professionally
  • Provide helpful directions and information about the hotel and local area
  • Maintain a clean, organized lobby and entry area
  • Support the Front Office and Guest Services teams as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience

What We're Looking For
  • A friendly, professional, and guest-focused personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
