Join us at The Law Office of Deidra Haynes, where we stand as “A Voice for the Voiceless,” providing empathetic and dedicated legal support to clients throughout their legal journeys. As we expand our family law practice, we are seeking individuals to assist clients in need!

Compensation:

$40,000 - $65,000 dependent on experience


Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with clients and maintain organized case files
  • Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and other necessary paperwork
  • Coordinate court appearances and meetings efficiently
  • Assist with administrative duties as required
  • Demonstrate strong research and organizational skills
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Utilize legal software and research tools proficiently
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with a team

Qualifications:
  • Experience in family law is required, with a focus on divorce, child custody, CHINS/DCS, and protective orders
  • Familiarity with prenuptial agreements, divorce, child support, and paternity matters is essential
  • Ability to navigate sensitive legal issues and advocate in stressful situations
  • Proven track record of success in assisting clients with family law matters
