JOB TITLE: Project Manager JOB LOCATION: Boston, MA Hybrid WAGE RANGE*: 75 - 80/ hour Must be W2 JOB NUMBER: 37412473 JOB DESCRIPTION We're looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to join the Global Business Services Programs & Strategic Initiatives team. You'll be responsible for coordinating, planning, developing, and implementing moderate to large-scale business projects, as well as readiness initiatives across our US and International offices. The Team: The Global Business Services Programs & Strategic Initiatives team supports strategic, complex initiatives that drive transformation and change. Our goal is to partner effectively across the Enterprise and provide a firm-wide approach to identify, prioritize, and successfully execute a portfolio of initiatives that are aligned with the organization's strategic goals and vision. The Impact: Primary point of accountability to business sponsors and other parties for planning, day-to-day execution, management, implementation and reporting of multiple large projects Accountable to manage and monitor project tasks and controls during project planning and delivery activities to ensure on-time and quality goals are met within scope and budget. Work with a high degree of autonomy and apply industry leading project and program management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, communications and presentations in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations. Understand, apply, promote and contribute to Financial delivery methodologies, standards and tools.
