Salary: $40,000-$41,616

Position Summary

Elevation Ability Services is a Facility School for students with severe behavior and developmental disabilities ages 6-13. We serve students from school districts in the Denver Metro and Front Range. We are looking for a full-time paraprofessional to work directly with students. We offer a positive, compassionate work environment that highly values teamwork, high quality intervention, and professional growth. Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of our students and their families.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide direct instruction to students with disabilities
  • Support students with personal and psychological issues that may impact academic performance, behavior, and socialization
  • Communicate with colleagues, teachers, and related service providers
  • Attend trainings and meetings regarding students

Who are we looking for:

  • Those who have a passion for helping children with disabilities
  • Those who are reliable, creative, and compassionate
  • Required: 18+ years with GED or High school Diploma
  • Preferred: Experience working with children with disabilities ages 6-13
