About the Role

As Associate Sourcing Manager, you will execute global sourcing strategies for Private and Exclusive brands while leading the supply chain to deliver optimal value, including quality, cost, speed and on-time deliveries.

What You'll Do

  • Execute analytics and visual presentation to support sourcing strategic plans and decisions at a category and brand level

  • Drive partnerships with the cross-functional team to execute the sourcing strategies

  • Lead projection reconciliation to vendor strategies by understanding brand plans and strategies

  • Execute vendor scorecarding creation, selection and program award

  • Support cost execution through structured events and seasonal negotiations

  • Remain acutely informed of supplier and Country of Production (COP) capability, competency and expertise

  • Support Manager on seasonal brand matrix process

  • Service as the primary Sourcing liaison with Production

  • Execute vendor projections by category, gender and brand in partnership with Product Managers

  • Support projections process by vendor and brand

  • Drive document and maintenance best practices and the development of training resources

  • Drive continuous improvement in tools and processes

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have

Required

  • 3 years of retail, production, sourcing, supply chain management or related experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Platforms

  • Some travel

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Sourcing or Textiles, Business or closely related fields

  • Ability to successfully operate in an international environment

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You'll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
