Position Summary

Mid-West Textile is seeking a Bilingual CRM & Lead Management Coordinator to manage customer inquiries generated through digital marketing and social media campaigns. This position is responsible for qualifying leads, maintaining Zoho CRM records, assigning opportunities to the sales team, and tracking lead activity.

This is not a cold-calling sales position. All leads are generated through marketing efforts and customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and respond to inbound leads from digital marketing campaigns.• Qualify leads and communicate with prospective customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp.• Maintain accurate customer records in Zoho CRM.• Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales representative.• Track lead activity, follow-up status, and conversion metrics.• Generate reports on lead performance and pipeline activity.• Support sales and marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.• Experience in customer service, CRM administration, lead management, or sales support preferred.• Zoho CRM experience preferred.• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.• Must reside in or be able to commute to El Paso, TX.• Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this position.
