Job description

Mid-West Textile is looking for a Bilingual Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in El Paso, TX!

If you enjoy helping customers, have excellent communication skills, and are looking for a stable Monday–Friday position with opportunities for growth, we'd love to hear from you.

This is NOT a cold-calling position. You'll work with customers who contact us through our website, social media, marketing campaigns, and referrals.

What You'll Do
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and WhatsApp.
  • Qualify inbound leads and gather customer information.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
  • Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Follow up with prospective customers.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • 1–2 years of customer service, administrative support, sales support, call center, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and electronically.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • CRM experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must live in or be able to commute to El Paso, TX.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
