Systems & Workflow Ownership
  • Act as the day-to-day lead for design operations systems, ensuring projects are accurately reflected and consistently updated
  • Take complex and disparate inputs and develop them into cohesive and best-in-class workflows that reduce friction and help teams work smarter
  • Partner with leadership to identify and implement workflow improvements that drive efficiency and clarity across the Textile Design and Product teams
  • Surface insights from daily tool use to inform system enhancements, automation opportunities, and best practices
  • Champion compliance and accountability across teams, reinforcing standards that keep tools reliable and actionable

What You'll Need to Have:
Required:
  • 7-10 years of experience in project management, studio management, or creative operations, ideally supporting design and product initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Proven success leading complex creative projects from intake through delivery while balancing day-to-day execution with operational oversight
  • Deep understanding of the textile design and product creation lifecycle
  • Strong working knowledge of Airtable and other project management systems, and the ability to translate system insights into practical workflow improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency, compliance, and adoption of tools and processes across teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence leading conversations and influencing alignment across functions
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in surfacing risks, opportunities, and next steps
  • A natural problem-solver who thrives on structure, clarity, and continuous improvement

Preferred:
  • A confident operational leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity and structure
  • Incredibly adept at bringing teams together and uniting them around a shared vision
  • Motivated by efficiency and clarity, always looking for ways to make tools, processes, and teams work smarter together

  • Great at building trust across cross-functional partners
  • Calm under pressure and skilled at managing shifting priorities without losing momentum or quality
  • A clear, consistent communicator who knows how to bring cross-functional teams into alignment and keep them there
