Job description

The Marketing Manager supports business growth by creating customer-facing content, executing marketing campaigns, managing tradeshows and events, and developing sales tools that help customers understand our products and solutions.

This is a hands-on marketing role focused on execution. The Marketing Manager works closely with Sales, Product Management, and Commercial Operations to bring products and solutions to market through clear messaging, compelling content, and awareness and demand generation programs.

The role supports the core pillars of marketing: brand, go-to-market, and demand generation.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Development & Sales Enablement

  • Create customer-facing content that makes products and solutions easy to understand and sell.
  • Craft and maintain product messaging and value propositions across key customer segments.
  • Develop sales tools, presentations, brochures, playbooks, case studies, and other materials that support customer conversations.
  • Translate product features and technical information into clear customer benefits.
  • Support product launches with content and sales enablement materials.

Awareness & Demand Generation Campaigns

  • Plan and execute multi-channel awareness and demand generation programs aligned to priority business and product goals.
  • Develop and deploy email, digital, and social campaigns that drive qualified engagement.
  • Track campaign performance metrics to support optimization and reporting

Tradeshows & Events

  • Plan and manage tradeshows, conferences, customer events, and industry meetings.
  • Coordinate booth logistics, promotional materials, signage, presentations, and event communications.
  • Work with sales teams to maximize lead generation and customer engagement before, during, and after events.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Operations, and other teams to ensure marketing materials are accurate and aligned with business priorities.
  • Coordinate external vendors, agencies, freelancers, printers, photographers, and other partners as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Key Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, content marketing, sales enablement, or related roles.
  • Experience developing marketing content and managing campaigns from concept through execution.
  • Experience planning and coordinating tradeshows, events, or customer-facing programs.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create clear, customer-focused content.
  • Ability to simplify complex products or solutions into practical customer benefits.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, email marketing, and digital marketing tools preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively across Sales, Product Management, Operations, and external partners.
