Job Description:
Our team is looking for an organized and innovative individual to become our Bell Attendant. This role requires a friendly and approachable personality, as well as excellent communication skills. In this role, you will be tasked to assist guests with luggage, meet and greet guests upon arrival and departure, assist front desk staff, and provide guest transportation to and from the Aspen Airport plus various locations for guests upon request.

Pay Rate: $21/hour plus tips
Job Responsibilities:
• Approach each shift with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and ready to contribute to the team’s overall goal.
• Have a focus on always continuing your education in all facets of our business.
• Have complete knowledge of MOLLIE Aspen amenities.
• Greet and open doors to all MOLLIE Aspen Guests.
• Maintain a strong sense of ownership of entire Concierge offerings provided by MOLLIE Aspen.
• The Bell Attendant transports luggage to the guest room for arrivals and transports luggage for departing guests to the hotel entrance or into temporary storage.
• The Bell Attendant also provides arriving guests with a hotel orientation.
• Provide guest transportation to and from Aspen Airport while following all applicable laws.
• Label all guest luggage or mail in an organized manner.
• Move, load, and unload guest luggage and maintain a professional manner.
• Transport guest luggage to and from the shuttle, lobby, and rooms.
• Provide limited concierge services for guests; answer questions about town; provide recommendations for restaurants, etc.
• Ensure the hotel shuttle is clean. Take in for consistent car washes, cleanout trash, vacuum, etc.
• Assist the Ambassador Agents with phones or guests as needed. Transfer phone calls and report any important information to the front desk.
• Keep your communication device on at all times and respond to all calls in a timely manner.
• Constantly check the shuttle list to be aware of your schedule throughout the shift.
• Run errands as requested.
• Assist with any other job duties/tasks as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Excellent guest service and problem-resolution skills.
• Understanding of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting to 25 pounds, bending, and reaching.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of work experience in hospitality
• The ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects that weigh 50 pounds or less without aid is required. Assistance will be necessary for objects weighing over 50 pounds.
