Job description

Please join our fast paced, supportive Customer Service Team!  Cornel's is a locally owned and operated home services company.  

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and text messages in a high-volume environment
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and the general public
  • Book, confirm, and follow up on scheduled appointments and service requests
  • Maintain strong, healthy relationships with customers and clearly communicate the benefits of working with Cornel’s
  • Accurately enter customer information and maintain detailed records in the system
  • Assist with outbound calling to support appointment and scheduling needs
  • Meet all department performance standards, including call availability, call quality, and productivity benchmarks
  • Support dispatch operations as needed
  • Cross-department communication to ensure high-level customer experience from start to finish

Compensation:  $19-$25/hr

Schedule:  Monday-Friday, standard 9-5 PST 

Ability to be partially remote after training period, and also adding in some Saturday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of customer service or office experience (trades industry preferred)
  • ServiceTitan experience required
  • Dispatching experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes
