Hiring a Compliance Program Manager for a large tech company.
Job Description
This role oversees compliance-focused project and program work streams that support e-commerce requirements delivery and testing. The Project/Program Manager II coordinates all phases of complex initiatives, from planning and execution through reporting, to ensure compliance tools and processes are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and complete compliance-focused projects and programs that support e-commerce requirements delivery and testing.
  • Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including scope, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.
  • Set clear deadlines and milestones, assign responsibilities to team members, and monitor progress against plans.
  • Lead and direct the work of others, providing guidance and oversight to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Manage compliance work streams related to e-commerce, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Prepare clear, concise status reports and updates for upper management and key stakeholders.
  • Summarize project and program progress, highlight risks and issues, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Use a proactive ownership mindset to identify problems early, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Leverage strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational abilities, with demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $53.00/hr.
