A leading acute care hospital laboratory is seeking an experienced Laboratory Director to lead operations, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role oversees laboratory operations, staff development, and strategic performance improvements while ensuring exceptional diagnostic services that support patient care.

The laboratory is part of a large healthcare network providing diagnostic services to hundreds of hospitals and clinical partners. The department includes automated core testing, high-complexity diagnostics, and quality-driven operations aligned with CAP, CLIA, and other regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct laboratory operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards
• Lead staffing, training, and performance management initiatives
• Develop and execute operational strategies to improve service, quality, and financial performance
