Job description

The Test Driver Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily Test Driver assignments, mentoring and training drivers on durability testing procedures, and supporting vehicle testing operations. This role ensures accurate vehicle data collection, reporting, and tracking while maintaining safety, quality, and customer service standards. The position also includes hands-on vehicle testing, specialized testing activities, and collaboration with engineering and durability teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1-3 years of experience in a vehicle testing environment
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Vehicle test driving experience
  • VW/Audi product knowledge
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and mentor Test Drivers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and travel
