Key Responsibilities

Portfolio & Delivery Leadership

  • Actively review delivery health, risks, escalations, and corrective actions across accounts.

Global Team Management

  • Lead and scale large, globally distributed teams across multiple geographies and time zones.

  • Build strong second-line leadership (Directors, Delivery Managers, Architects).

  • Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Oversee workforce planning, utilization, attrition management, and succession planning.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as executive sponsor for key strategic accounts.

  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (VP, SVP, CXO levels).

  • Lead complex client conversations including escalations, renewals, scope expansion, and value realization.

  • Partner with sales and account teams to drive account growth and cross-service adoption.

Innovation & Transformation

  • Drive AI-led transformation across delivery, support, testing, and engineering workflows.

  • Champion adoption of automation, GenAI, AI-assisted QA, intelligent support models, and modern engineering practices.

  • Convert innovation ideas into scalable offerings and measurable business outcomes.

  • Balance innovation with delivery stability and risk management.

Financial & P&L Ownership

  • Own P&L responsibility for assigned portfolios, including revenue, margin, cost optimization, and forecasting.

  • Drive profitability through operational efficiency, pyramid optimization, and right-shoring strategies.

  • Ensure strong financial governance, pricing discipline, and contract adherence.

  • Track and report portfolio performance to executive leadership.

Growth & Business Enablement

  • Support pre-sales activities, solution shaping, and proposal reviews for AI, Dev, Support, and Testing engagements.

  • Identify white-space opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into revenue growth.

  • Mentor teams to shift from vendor mindset to partner mindset.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 18+ years of overall experience with at least 5-7 years at Director / Senior Director level managing large portfolios.

  • Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar P&L and complex global delivery models.

  • Strong hands-on leadership across AI/ML initiatives, application development, L1-L3 support, and testing/QA.

  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple clients and portfolios simultaneously.

  • Deep experience working with global clients and culturally diverse teams.

  • Strong understanding of modern delivery models: Agile, DevOps, SRE, AI-driven support and QA.

  • Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Competencies

  • Strategic thinking with strong execution bias
