Job Title: SAP OTC (Order to Cash) Consultant
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Monts
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens only (as per client requirement)
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP OTC Consultant with strong experience in distribution and supply chain environments. The consultant will play a key role in supporting and enhancing Order-to-Cash processes, ensuring seamless order processing, pricing, billing, and integration with downstream systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and support SAP SD / OTC processes including:
    • Order Management (Sales Orders, Returns)
    • Pricing (complex pricing, discounts, rebates)
    • Billing & Invoicing
    • Shipping & Delivery
  • Work closely with business teams in distribution, MRO, and OEM channels
  • Handle high-volume order processing and customer-specific pricing scenarios
  • Integrate OTC with SAP FI (Accounts Receivable)
  • Support EDI / IDOC integrations with customers and third-party logistics providers
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support
  • Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and deployments

Required Skills:
  • 8-12+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on OTC / SAP SD
  • Hands-on experience in distribution or wholesale industry
  • Strong expertise in pricing procedures, billing, and order fulfillment
  • Experience with S/4HANA environments
  • Solid integration knowledge with FI (AR)
  • Experience handling large transaction volumes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skill

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of EDI (850, 810, 856 transactions)
  • Exposure to warehouse/logistics integration (WM/EWM)
  • Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) integrations
