Position: Architect I - Software Testing
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 12 Months
Job Type: Temporary Assignment

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Own automation architecture for Corporate and Financial systems at enterprise scale •
  • Design/Enhance robust frameworks using Java, Selenium, REST Assured, and integration with customer tools such as cloud execution platform and Gitlab etc •
  • Define standards for in-sprint automation, API-first testing, regression, and release validation •
  • Define CI/CD pipeline configuration, integration and continuous quality gates •
  • Validate end-to-end system integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts across enterprise systems. •
  • Establish reusable test assets aligned to telecom backend systems and financial processes •
  • Mentor teams on test design patterns, automation best practices, and domain-driven testing •
  • Ensure test coverage from feature inception through production rollout and post-release validation Mentor teams on modern automation patterns, AI usage, and Agile QE practices

Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience: 10-14 years Architecture ownership of automation frameworks and AI-assisted testing solutions Proficiency in Selenium, Java, REST APIs, cloud test execution platform (Lambda, Test grid, SauceLabs etc), and release readiness
  • Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, qTest).
  • Exposure to Gitlab and CICD tools
  • Experience with integration testing and data validation across multiple systems
  • Experience in Data Validation & Reconciliation Testing Knowledgeable in Telecom Regulatory / SOX Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
