THE WORK
Lockheed Martin has been embedded with the USSTRATCOM Nuclear Mission for 30+ years and has a track record of bringing innovative mission software solutions to this domain. Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking engineers to support our USSTRATCOM software teams which create Planning and Command and Control (C2) capabilities as part of the Strategic Mission Planning and Execution System (SMPES) in a DevSecOps environment. In this role, you will help our team create modern Web-based, Java mission systems for the Nuclear community. The successful candidate will have experience with software systems built to exacting standards that are delivered on a DevSecOps cadence using Agile Scrum.
WHO YOU ARE
Our team needs a full-time Integration and Test Manager. In this role, you will:
Oversee Integration scope for a portfolion of mission systems, including deployments, deployment and administration tooling, and feedback from the DevSecOps cycle
Oversee Test scope for a portfolion of mission systems, including the creation of automated and manual tests, and coordination with USSTRATCOM test stakeholders
Act as a first line leader for a cross-functional group of engineers, enabling retention, career development, and a culture that puts the USSTRATCOM mission first.
Ensure flow-down of tactical information and strategic vision
Support hiring, recruiting, and retention initiatives to meet near and long-term business needs
Deploy engineering subject matter experts, best practices, and enable reuse of products
Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance.
