Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test cases for enterprise software applications.
  • Build and enhance automated test frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, or similar automation tools.
  • Perform API testing using Postman or comparable tools while validating backend data and system integrations.
  • Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives.
  • Document, track, and manage software defects using Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
  • Contribute to CI/CD automation initiatives and help advance the organization's automated testing capabilities.
  • Analyze test results, identify root causes, and recommend quality improvements.
  • Mentor teammates by promoting QA best practices and supporting a shift-left testing mindset.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of software quality assurance experience, including both manual and automated testing.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience performing API testing using Postman, Swagger, or comparable tools.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, regression testing, and defect management.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps or similar test management platforms strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience helping organizations expand or improve their automated testing capabilities is highly valued.
