We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and grow a cross-functional team of talented full-stack and test engineers working on large-scale SaaS platforms. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, and you’ll oversee planning, architecture, delivery, and career development for your team.
Most Important Responsibilities:
  • Hire, lead, and manage a technology/engineering team of 5+
  • Own end-to-end software development lifecycle and deliver high-quality releases in Agile environment.
  • Partner with product management to translate requirements into executable plans.
  • Build, own, and operate reliable systems, services and user experiences.
  • Establish and maintain technical specifications, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Remove roadblocks and ensure consistent, predictable team delivery.
What you can bring to the table to impact this role, team, and organization:
  • 7+ years of software engineering experience with operational experience leading high-performing teams.
  • 2+ years of direct people-management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience
  • Full-stack proficiency with NodeJS, JavaScript/Typescript, React technology stack.
  • Familiarity with tools like AWS, GitLab, Confluence, Heap, Split, Datadog
  • Proven ability to decompose complex technical problems into small, user-valued deliverables.
  • Experience designing and scaling cloud-based systems and infrastructure (AWS, Kafka, MySQL/Postgres)
