Job description

Role Overview
We''re looking for a Senior E2E QA Engineer to own end-to-end quality across the Order-to-Activation lifecycle. This role drives release quality, leads triage during critical issues, and coordinates across onshore-offshore teams and stakeholders for a fast-paced e-commerce/telecom-style environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive E2E testing strategy across releases, owning quality sign-off
  • Design, execute, and maintain E2E test scenarios covering Order → Provisioning → Activation → Fulfillment → Billing flows
  • Understand and validate downstream system behavior when a flow is triggered — order creation, provisioning triggers, activation status, billing/invoicing impact
  • Create and manage test data across systems (Order Management, CRM, Billing, Provisioning) to support complex E2E scenarios
  • Use Kibana (or similar log/monitoring tools) to trace transactions, debug failures, and validate system behavior across the flow
  • Facilitate release readiness meetings, triage calls, and war-room sessions during incidents
  • Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on E2E failures spanning multiple systems; drive issues to closure with relevant teams
  • Coordinate effectively across onshore-offshore teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and consistent communication
  • Partner with Dev, Product, Billing, CRM, and Business stakeholders to align on scope, risk, and release timelines
  • Mentor QA team members and establish E2E testing best practices

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years in QA/Testing, with strong E2E and systems-integration testing background
  • Solid understanding of Order, Provisioning, Activation, and Fulfillment flows (e-commerce/telecom domain preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Billing and CRM systems and their role in the E2E flow
  • Strong API testing knowledge (REST/SOAP, Postman or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with Kibana for log analysis and transaction tracing
  • Skilled in test data creation/management across multiple integrated systems
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and triage skills
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication — able to command a room, drive alignment, and influence decisions
  • Proven experience leading releases under tight timelines
  • Experience working in onshore-offshore delivery models

Good to Have

  • Exposure to automation tools (Selenium/Playwright/Cypress)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Prior experience as a QA Lead/Manager
