Job description

Responsible for developing and documenting test strategy, test plans, and test cases to test the software systems of moderate to high complexity to ensure that functional and nonfunctional requirements of the system are satisfied including compliance-related requirements; ensure tasks conform to approved specifications/processes and standardized best practices; document and work to resolve all problems that arise in software system performance; report progress on problem resolution to management; devise improvements to current procedures and develop models of possible future configurations; utilize and apply knowledge of STLC, test estimation development, automated test scripts, TFS, Test Director, Agile framework operation, test scenario creations, SQL Server, Microsoft Test Manager, HP Quality Center, Microsoft SharePoint, JIRA, SQL Developer, TOAD, XML, Microsoft Visio, Selenium, and Microsoft Office to perform assigned duties; and provide IT team support that is accountable for production support including on-call duties in a 24x7 environment, as well as new projects.  

Location: Detroit, Michigan, and multiple undetermined worksites throughout the US;

Education: Bachelors Degree - Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);

Experience: Three (3) years in the position above, as a Salesforce QA Lead, as a Software Developer/Technology Consultant, as a Business Systems Analyst, as a Sr. Technology Consultant, as a Project Manager, or in a related occupation;
Other Requirements: Experience must include three (3) years use of all the following: SQL Server, Microsoft Test Manager, HP Quality Center, Microsoft SharePoint, JIRA, SQL Developer, TOAD, XML, Microsoft Visio, Selenium, and Microsoft Office.
Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience.
