We are hiring for a Front Desk Administrator in Waukesha, WI. This role will play an important part at a successful manufacturer. You will support internal staff as well as customers and vendors. If you have at least two years experience, this could be a good fit for you.
Front Desk Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Greet visitors and manage deliveries
  • Distribute mail, update internal website, and complete various projects
  • Work with purchasing/sales as well as vendors/customers
Requirements:
  • Two or more years for front desk administrative experience
  • Professional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Higher education completed is desired
  • Tech savvy with the ability to pivot on tasks daily
