Join our dynamic team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician on 3rd shift! We're seeking a skilled professional to ensure our equipment and facilities run smoothly. You'll be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with industrial machinery, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be training on 1st shift for 3-6 months prior to switching to 3rd shift (11pm - 7am). If you're ready to contribute to a leader in the adhesive industry, apply today!
How you'll help the formula:

  • Repair and maintain adhesive perpetration, coating and converting equipment.
  • Responding to machine breakdown calls and repair using mechanical, electrical and PLC troubleshooting skills.
  • Executing preventative maintenance plans.
  • Completing work order requests for improvements and non-breakdown repairs.
  • Build relationships with operators and other plant staff in order to improve plant safety, quality and performance.

Key elements for your role:

  • High school diploma or GED; secondary education in a skilled trades curriculum preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to read blue prints, wiring diagrams and pneumatic diagrams.
  • Ability to fabricate using: saws, drills, mills, lathes and welding equipment.
  • Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical control systems.
  • Strong customer service and ability to work with a team.
  • Ability to use computers, tablets and Microsoft products.
  • Ability to log in to Allen Bradley PLCs with Studio 5000 software to troubleshoot preferred
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
