Job description

ABOUT US: Ascensus Global, Inc. (formerly MultiLingual Solutions, Inc.) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with more than 21 years of successful experience providing professional language services, foreign language and cultural training, and analysis support to a broad client base consisting of more than 40 U.S. military and intelligence customers, as well as over 2,000 civilian government, commercial and non-profit organizations in various fields. With ISO 9001:2015 and 17100:2015 certifications, AGI provides services in more than 100 languages, employing innovative technologies and methodologies and applying best practices from both the Government and commercial arenas to advance each customer's unique communication and operational objectives throughout the U.S. and across the globe.
POSITION SUMMARY: AGI is actively seeking Training Curse Developers/Instructors for an upcoming effort supporting a government customer. The Technical Electronic Intelligence-Signals Analysis (TESA) Course Developer-Instructor is responsible for course development and instruction on technical analysis of radars, jammers, and other electronic emanations from developmental and fielded systems used for warfighting, national security, criminal activities, and other purposes. It also includes analysis on intelligence derived from the sources such as radar and jammer emissions, aircraft, spacecraft, missile command links and telemetry, automated beaconing, navigation, and tracking control systems, and the existence and parameters (but not content) of radio frequency communications used for warfighting, security, criminal activities, and/or other purposes. This position is pending contract award.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop accurate signal chronologies and determination of relationships between related signals for accurate event correlation and reconstruction.
  • Provide feedback to improve ELINT collection tasking and processing and/or production of tuning updates for national processors to improve automated ELINT reporting.
  • Update or creating entries for national ELINT databases in accordance to established standards.
  • Analyzing multiple data sets and utilization of ELINT terminology within presentations and communications providing cohesive ELINT analysis findings in accord with SIGINT reporting standards.
  • Use signals analysis tools, techniques, and procedures to make precise measurements of ELINT parameters including such things as radio frequency, inter/intrapulse modulation, pulse duration, and scan.
  • Solicit and receiving course feedback from students and other people and timely incorporating appropriate feedback into courses and presentations.
  • Maintain expertise in TESA.
  • Develop new TESA courses, modules, and presentations while ensuring the accuracy and currency of existing ones.
  • Use good communication skills when working with others in the development, presentation, and updating of TESA teaching and course material.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
QUALIFICATIONS: The TESA Training Course Developer Instructor requires 2 or more years of technical teaching experience and/or technical curriculum development (e.g., military courses, academia or industry classroom (faculty/adjunct), On-the-job (OJT) instruction).
  • For candidates without a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a technical science major (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or comparable area): 10 or more years of TESA experience (within the past 15 years).
  • Prior successful completion of SIGE Course 3810 "Intermediate Technical ELINT Analysis" or prior successful completion of SIGE Course 4810 "Advanced Radar Theory" or a Published Technical Paper in a TechSIGINT related area.
  • For candidates with a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a technical science major (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or comparable area): 8 or more years of TESA operations experience (within the past 15 years).
  • Required experience in one or more of the following: PYTHON coding; MATLAB coding; Machine Learning; Data Science.
  • Experience in three or more of the following: Incorporation of range/velocity corridor plots; MTI interpretation; Bistatic reflection analysis; P-cubed analysis and measurements (power, pattern, polarization); New signal identification; Multiple SIGINT formats into TESA-related analyses, reports, and products; Screening and decimating of large data files; Interpretative analysis; Fusion analysis; Electronic Attack analysis.

PAY RANGE:
Pay Range: $80,000 - $130,000 a year
Ascensus Global (AGI) pay range and level are general guidelines for this job. Several factors, including education, geographic location, contract labor categories, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, or market data, determine the final salary.
