Location: Shell Bay Club

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Tennis Pro Shop and Retail Assistant to join our team at Shell Bay Club. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to members and guests, ensuring an outstanding shopping and tennis experience. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for tennis, and a proactive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Excellence:
  • Greet members and guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
  • Assist customers with selecting tennis equipment, apparel, and accessories based on their needs.
  • Handle inquiries about tennis programs, lessons, and events with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Retail Operations:
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing pro shop, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring inventory is current.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking and conducting periodic counts.
  • Tennis Program Support:
  • Coordinate and promote tennis programs, clinics, and events, ensuring members and guests are informed and engaged.
  • Provide administrative support to the Tennis Director, including scheduling lessons and managing court bookings.
