The Warehouse Autograph Associate plays a key role in preparing custom orders by accurately installing knobs, handles, and hardware on finished products. This position requires strong attention to detail, steady hands, and a commitment to quality workmanship. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision and works diligently to meet production deadlines without compromising quality.


Job Duties:

  • Install knobs, handles, and other hardware on custom-made products according to order specifications.
  • Read and follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, or order sheets.
  • Inspect items for accuracy, alignment, and quality after hardware installation.
  • Use hand tools and light power tools with care and precision.
  • Package finished products securely for shipment, ensuring no damage occurs.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas.
  • Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining high standards.
  • Communicate any product or hardware issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Support other areas of the warehouse as needed, including general assembly, packing, or inventory tasks.
  • Follow safety procedures and company protocols at all times.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks.
  • Comfortable using small hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, drills, measuring tools).
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs for extended periods.
  • Mandatory overtime may be required during peak seasons, high-volume periods, or to meet shipping deadlines. Not to exceed 60 hours in a week.


Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in light assembly, custom production, or a warehouse environment.
  • Familiarity with installing hardware or fixtures.


Working Hours & Hours of Operation:

Bruceton, TN: Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm (may require weekend or overtime hours during busy seasons)


Compensation:

Starting at $17.00 hourly with room for growth
