Traveling Concrete Finisher Build World-Class Miniature Golf Courses Nationwide

Job Overview:

  • Location: Traveling Position (Domestic and International) - Scranton, PA.

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

  • Schedule: Monday Friday, Weekends, and Overtime.

  • Project Scope: Commercial / Miniature Golf Course Construction.

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: OSHA 10 (Company will provide training if not currently held).

The Opportunity: You will join the global leader in miniature golf design and construction to build "Disney Quality" entertainment facilities featuring complex faux rockwork and water features. This role offers the unique opportunity to travel across the US and internationally while mastering specialized masonry and concrete artistry. You will be a vital part of a highly skilled team that transforms raw landscapes into world-class recreational destinations.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Construct intricate miniature golf holes featuring complex contours, undulations, and decorative hardscape elements.

  • Fabricate natural rock waterfalls, gunite features, and textured, tinted concrete streams to meet high aesthetic standards.

  • Operate heavy construction equipment including skid steers, excavators, and telehandlers to prepare and execute job sites.

  • Execute precise concrete finishing techniques for walkways, retaining walls, and specialized artistic installations.

  • Collaborate with the Foreman to install reinforcement bars and build custom forms for complex concrete pours.

  • Maintain a clean and organized job site while managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

  • Uphold the companys reputation for excellence by delivering high-quality craftsmanship on every project.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven ability to work as a hard-working, reliable team player who anticipates project needs.

  • Willingness to travel for prolonged periods (typically 4-6 weeks) and reside in company-provided housing.

  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform labor in various outdoor weather conditions.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow specific directions from experienced leadership.

  • Accountable professional with a focus on integrity and high-quality project delivery.

  • Safety-focused mindset with an understanding of construction hazards; takes accountability for personal safety and the safety of others on the jobsite.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in concrete finishing or decorative masonry.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in reading site layouts and interpreting contouring plans.

  • Experience in specialty trades such as faux rockwork, gunite, or artistic concrete carving.
