AR/Tenant Billing Coordinator

A well-established commercial real estate organization is seeking an experienced AR/Tenant Billing Coordinator to join its accounting team in Burlington, MA. Position Overview

The AR/Tenant Billing Coordinator will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and preparing accurate, timely tenant billings across a commercial property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

As the AR/Tenant Billing Coordinator, you will:

  • Prepare and process monthly rent, CAM, tax, utility, and miscellaneous tenant billings
  • Manage accounts receivable tasks including cash application, aging reports, and collections follow-up
  • Maintain and update tenant records, leases, and billing setups within Yardi
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies in partnership with property management
  • Assist with month-end close and tenant account reconciliations
