What this job involves:

As a Tenant Service Representative at JLL, you will be the front desk person and greeter for an Office building in downtown Seattle. You'll provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, clients and visitors. This entry-level position provides an outstanding opportunity to launch your career in commercial property management, where you'll work alongside experienced professionals who are committed to your growth and development.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Process and coordinate work orders for maintenance, repairs, and facility services to ensure timely resolution of tenant needs
  • Collaborate with property management, engineering, and vendor teams to ensure seamless service delivery and tenant satisfaction
  • Support building events, communications, and community engagement initiatives that enhance the tenant experience
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of tenant databases
  • All other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operations

Required qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or office environments
  • 1-2 years of experience with work order management systems and vendor coordination
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality with commitment to providing consistent, high-quality service

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

65,000.00 - 71,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
