Description
Tutor students enrolled in classes from a variety of disciplines for a maximum of twenty-eight (28) hours per week. Answer student questions and assist with any aspect of the writing process in which students express need.
Tutoring hours: Will be assigned between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
Salary: $15.00 per hour for college-level credit, Associates, or Bachelor's degrees and $15.50 per hour for Master's or Doctorate degrees.
Start Date: To be determined.
Closing Date: Open until filled.
Minimum Qualifications
Successful completion of nine (9) semester hours of college-level English coursework with a grade of B or higher in English courses and an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher, required. A Bachelor's degree or higher in an English-related field is preferred. English tutoring and/ or teaching experience, preferred.

The successful candidate must provide official transcripts at his or her expense within thirty (30) days of being notified of selection.
