Job Description AP Specialist ( temp) 17 per hour Uxbridge Do you have at least 2 years AP experience from within a high-volume processing environment. Are you available to start work ASAP for this temporary booking- end date in and around 22 July. My client is busy and now requires a temporary AP specialist ASAP.

This is a busy department-high volume of processing for several client groups. You will need strong Excel skills and be able to work on your own initiative. This booking will commence ASP up until 22 July.

Duties - Processing all supplier invoices and credit notes ensuring the following: o Purchase orders are approved according to company policy o Invoices are paid within agreed terms o Query resolution - Processing staff expenses and credit card payments through the online expense system. - Completing relevant paperwork and setting up new suppliers within the operations and finance systems. - Monitoring of the central finance e-mail inbox, ensuring all appropriate purchase ledger e-mails are actioned in a timely manner, and other e-mails are forwarded to the relevant team member.

- Ensuring major creditor accounts are reconciled regularly. - Assisting the AP Supervisor on additional tasks (including payments, PO analysis and reviewing of creditors reports) when required, and covering for any absences. - Participating in ad-hoc projects as and when required.

Job Qualifications At least 2 years AP/accounts experience in a high volume processing environment. Highly organised and able to meet tight monthly deadlines. Able to work on own initiative in a fast-paced environment, with minimum supervision.

Willingness to support other team members as and when required. Finance systems exposure. Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
