You may encounter incomplete documentation or inconsistent responses from vendors, which can slow the risk evaluation process. Collaboration with procurement, legal, and IT security teams is essential to clarify requirements and ensure all necessary due diligence is completed efficiently. Strong communication and organizational skills help manage these challenges, making it possible to deliver accurate risk assessments within project timelines.
